How we got started
Our quest to eat better and for food security started with a hobby a few years ago. We started with a handful of birds to test the waters. After the positive feedback from friends, family, and neighbors it was time to scale up. Now we have close to 100 birds that produce eggs and birds for our family and our customers. We are still in our infancy, but we are scaling up to meet the demands of our customers. Look for us in So Cal restaurants, markets, and back yard quail kits soon.
Our birds are holistically raised outdoors in a walk-in aviary. Our birds eat organic grain, bugs, and daily organic greens. They have an ample amount of space to play, walk, run, and fly.
